Eric from JW Plumbing replaced our water pressure regulator. Our regulator was 37 years old. We had discovered the hard way that we had an issue when the water heater pressure gauge failed. Pressure to the house was 130 and it should be closer to 65. Eric is personable and professional. He was on time and came in right on estimate. He will be my go to plumber in the future.

We have used Eric for a few jobs. The most recent one was a water heater that was leaking. Eric showed up the same day and got it replaced since it was an emergency. He always uses high quality parts and products. Likewise, he has always been on time, professional and fair with his pricing.

We had our Navien on demand water heater fail. JW Plumbing was called and quickly diagnosed the problem and got a hold of the manufacturer and had our unit replaced within a day.
